The Bradley smoker burns one bisquette every twenty minutes
To produce the bisquettes, hardwood chippings are bound together using
precise quantities at controlled pressure and densities. The flavour of
the smoke is determined by the variety of wood being burned.
Alder & Maple give a rich and distinct flavour commonly used with
seafood, hams & bacon. The stronger and very distinct flavours of
Mesquite & Hickory are used for smoking beef and pork products such as
shoulders & brisket. Apple is sweeter and milder, generally used more
for Game meat, but can be used for cheese too.
